Richard DeFreitas
Richard is a co-founder and investor in Ideal, and serves as Ideal’s President. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has experience managing operations and sales in every major basin throughout the US and Canada. Richard started in 1994 with Alpine Oil Services. In 2001 Richard founded Tier One Oil Services managing and overseeing all aspects of the business. He sold Tier One in 2005 to Cathedral Energy Services, a Canadian public company. Richard was responsible for all functions at Cathedral’s completions division, including operations, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations and merger & acquisition analysis.
